Exhibitor Information

Please note that the deadline for reserving an Exhibitor booth is January 26th.
Set up will be Wednesday, Feb. 7th from 6-9pm and
Thursday, Feb. 8th from 7-8am


DATE Thursday, February 8, 2007
LOCATION Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History
The University of Oklahoma
2401 Chautauqua Ave., Norman, Oklahoma
COST Exhibit space is $100 per booth and includes two conference registrations.
BOOTH EQUIPMENT Each booth will be equipped with 6’ tables and folding chairs (please indicate how many you will need on the application form). Table skirting will NOT be provided this year. Please bring your own table cloth or skirting. Electricity Please specify on the registration form if you need electricity. If so, please bring an extension cord with you.
SET UP & TEAR DOWN Exhibitor set-up hours are 6:30 am to 8:00 am on Thursday, February 8. Exhibit hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Please do not dismantle your exhibit before 4:00 pm.
SNOMNH GUIDELINES Please read the Guidelines/Reminders for Facility Rental and Event Customers and Vendors provided by the Museum. This compliance agreement MUST be signed by each exhibitor. Please print out the form and bring it with you, signed, the day of the conference.

Please note that all goods and materials MUST be brought in through the museum loading dock entrance located on the east side of the building. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

Also, avoid using cardboard boxes, paper bags and wooden crates for transport as these items are not allowed past the loading dock. Wood and paper can harbor several types of insect pests.
